Rihanna quickly took to social media to show how she felt about the state of this country.
Rihanna wasn’t the only artist to reject the Trump crowd from playing their music. Pharrell Williams recently did so as well. About a week ago Pharrell Williams sent a a cease and desist letter sent Monday, Williams’ attorney Howard King called on the President to stop playing the hitmaker’s song “Happy” during events. The song was played at a rally over the weekend just hours after a gunman killed 11 people at a Pittsburgh synagogue.
Both artist joined a list of other musicians forbidding Trump from playing their music. That list includes The Rolling Stones, The O’Jays, Adele, Queen and several others.
