On Dish Nation Porsha Williams nominated herself for the role saying, “I would live to play Angela Bassett. I have studied her career, I have watched every single movie she has ever been in and every civil rights activist wife she has played. When she played Tina Turner, I would live for that. I would just be honored.”

Meagan as played in many comedy, adventure, and action movies. We would love to see her embody a biopic. Her last film was a thrill in 2019, placing her in a fourth category of film. Since she has proven her diverse abilities we think she would be a good option as well.
