In celeb latest news, Mary J. Blige was swarmed with guest for the album release of ‘Good Morning Gorgeous”.
Guests including supermodel Joan Smalls, DJ D Nice, and media personality AJ Calloway filled The Classic Cat in West Hollywood on the heels of her Super Bowl performance to commemorate the list of her 14th studio album.
The Grammy award-winner, and actress showered her guest with her Sun Goddess wines throughout the evening. The crowd seemed filled with smiles and good vibes as tracks from the body of work floated through the room. Floral arrangements in shades of purple flanked the entryways adorned with shimmering decor.
She spoke with Angie Martinez about Whitney Houston as well, saying “she was a real one”. Walking down memory lane Blige was also gifted with nostalgic pieces from Martinez, including a black t shirt from Umbrella Academy.
“You gotta have a good time when you working” she says. She also let out a secret when seeing her Hollywood Walk of Fame photo saying, “I hated my hair on this picture, wtf was I thinking”.
