Ghanaian actress, Fella Makafui is today celebrating the first birthday of she and rapper Medikal’s daughter, Island Frimpong.
She took to Instagram to shower love on Island in a post sighted by African Entertainment.
“Your birthday brings happy
memories and a reminder of how you continue to bring joy to our lives,” Fella wrote.
