American Music Awards 2021, It’s finally here. The full and final list of A M A winners.
The America Music Awards aired Sunday November 21st at 7 p m central standard time, but if you missed it stay tuned to see if your favorite artist made the winners list.
This year, The American Music Awards also incorporated new categories such as Favorite Trending Song, Favorite Gospel Artist and Favorite Latin Duo or Group. The winners for these categories were Kanye West for Favorite Gospel Artist, Banda MS de Sergio Lizárraga for Favorite Latino Group, and Megan Thee Stallion who did a triple win with FAVORITE FEMALE HIP-HOP ARTIST, FAVORITE HIP-HOP ALBUM for “Good News” and the new category FAVORITE TRENDING SONG for “Body”
Marshmello won FAVORITE DANCE/ELECTRONIC ARTIST
FAVORITE LATIN ALBUM went to Bad Bunny for “EL ÚLTIMO TOUR DEL MUNDO”
and Kali Uchis “telepatía” took home FAVORITE LATIN SONG
FAVORITE MALE LATIN ARTIST and FAVORITE FEMALE LATIN ARTIST went to Bad Bunny and Becky G
Doja Cat had a double win with FAVORITE FEMALE R&B ARTIST and FAVORITE R&B ALBUM for Planet Her
The Weeknd was awarded FAVORITE MALE R&B ARTIST
FAVORITE R&B SONG winners were Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak) “Leave The Door Open”
FAVORITE MALE HIP-HOP ARTIST winner was Drake
Double wins went to Gabby Barrett Goldmine for FAVORITE COUNTRY ALBUM and FAVORITE COUNTRY SONG
FAVORITE MALE COUNTRY ARTIST and FAVORITE FEMALE COUNTRY ARTIST went to Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood.
Carrie Underwood also took home the award for FAVORITE INSPIRATIONAL SONG
FAVORITE COUNTRY DUO OR GROUP was awarded to Dan + Shay
FAVORITE POP DUO OR GROUP went to B T S who also took home FAVORITE POP SONG
FAVORITE POP ALBUM and Favorite female Pop artist went to Taylor Swift
FAVORITE HIP-HOP SONG went to AMA host Cardi B for “Up”
FAVORITE ROCK ARTIST Machine Gun Kelly
Artist of The Year and New Artist of the Year was awarded to BTS and Olivia Rodrigo
