Bill Cosby took to facebook to tell how Ensa Cosby passed away last Friday, with the cause of death going unknown until now. Her father, Bill Cosby confirmed that his 44-year-old daughter passed away due to renal disease.
The end-stage renal disease (ESRD), is the last stage of chronic kidney disease. When your kidneys fail, it means they have stopped working to the point that one could not survive without dialysis or a kidney transplant.
Ensa suffered from kidney failure but the stage of her health was never discussed until now.
