Blac Chyna will have police investigate Monday’s online leaked sex tape.
Chyna will be reptesented by lawyer Walter Mosley. Attorney Mosley told USA TODAY, “This is a criminal matter for the police to investigate.”
Mosley says it is unclear who released the tape without Chyna’s consent early Monday.
“To the best of my knowledge the tape was first leaked on Twitter from an ‘anonymous’ source,” Mosley said, adding the Twitter account that posted the video has been suspended.

Asked how Chyna was handling the news of the leak, Mosley says, “She’s a very strong woman and strong mother. She’s handling it as you would expect someone who had a tape distributed across the world.”
Chyna, 29, a mother of two, is estranged from ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian. They share a 15-month-old daughter, Dream.
Blac Chyna’s former lawyer commented as well.
Whether a woman knows she's being recorded is not the issue. Whether she consented to posting is.
