A die-hard fan of Ghanaian singer Wendy Shay has shocked the entire country with his unusual display of affection towards the star girl.
The male fan who happened to have tattooed Wendy on his chest could not control his emotions when he met her at a parking lot.
He knelt before the singer to show off the ‘Shay Gang’ tattoo on his chest amidst loud screams.
