Gabourey Sidibe’s wedding with fiancé Brandon Frankel is nearing. The “Antebellum” actress plans to have an original wedding.
During her interview with Brides she stated, she plans on skipping having bridesmaids, ditching the bachelorette party, and staying far away from “any other normal wedding things.
Sidibe stated she cannot wait to have 7 little Brandon’s rolling around. When asked who said, “I love you” first, both agreed that the 39-year-old actress informed Brandon that he loved her first and he agreed.
The couple is set to wed in 2023.
For Brandon Frankel and Gabourey Sidibe’s wedding they may dance to Cardi B’s Up. Gabby and Frankel confirmed “Up” is his favorite song.
“He wore that song out”, she said.
The couple also revealed when they first fell in love, their first date lasted 7 hours.
The couple announced their engagement November of 2020. Frankel recently reflected on it saying, Can’t believe it’s been a year since I asked my best friends and soulmate to marry me! Love you forever and ever.
The “Precious” actress wrote, “It’s weird that people think we’re already married but I guess our hearts and intentions for each other are just that clear to see. My BFF proposed and now I get to hold him forever. The funniest man I’ve ever met. The sweetest human to exist.”
The two recently attended another wedding themselves. Gabby sported a red flared dress with blue and yellow leaves. Meanwhile, Brandon had two outfits. During the ceremony he wore a suit with a pink tie. He eventually changed into a gray shirt and a pair of jeans.
Gabourey’s Sidibe’s wedding attire for her own wedding is said to be something vibrant.
The bride-to-be is leaning heavily toward bold color palettes and prints, unexpected silhouettes, feathers, and oversize jewelry, similar to what she wore on the cover of Brides.
