Glee Star Mark Salling's Life Came To a Tragic End

Former Glee star Mark Salling’s life came to a tragic end after he was charged with possession of child pornography. He was only 35.

Salling’s attorney told Fox News he died Tuesday morning in the Los Angeles area.
“I can confirm that Mark Salling passed away early this morning. Mark was a gentle and loving person, a person of great creativity, who was doing his best to atone for some serious mistakes and errors of judgment,” Salling’s attorney Michael Proctor told us. “The Salling family appreciates the support they have been receiving and asks for their privacy to be respected.”
He was known for his role as Noah “Puck” Puckerman on the television series Glee. Salling was born in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from high school, Salling attended the Los Angeles Music Academy College of Music in Pasadena, California and began studying guitar, giving guitar lessons to make a living. (according to IMD ).
In 2016 Mark Salling’s child pornography trial was delayed, due to hiring a new lawyer. After the former Glee actor was charged with receiving and possessing child pornography in late May, he was slated to begin the trial on July 12 before a judge took the date off the calendar Monday during a preliminary court hearing, the District Attorney’s office confirmed to E! News. The decision was made after the court granted Salling’s request for new attorney Michael Proctor.
The television star, who rose to fame as the musical series’ football player Noah “Puck” Puckerman, pleaded not guilty to the federal criminal charges in early June after a grand jury handed down the two-count indictment, alleging he obtained and possessed pornographic photos and video depicting girls, some purportedly younger than 12 years old.
