Matt Barnes Drags Derek Fisher into $267k Child Support War With Ex-Wife Gloria Govan

Ex-NBA star Matt Barnes revealed his plans to question his ex-wife Gloria Govan’s current husband Derek Fisher in his bitter child support war.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Barnes submitted a list of witnesses he will call to testify at the hearing next month.

Barnes said he will take the stand to testify about “any and all matters” including the alleged verbal agreement to modify child support he reached with Govan.

He said he planned to testify for 2 hours. He said his ex-Govan would be called to answer questions about the alleged back child support.

In addition, he listed Derek Fisher who he said would testify about “the circumstances surrounding the Parties’ verbal agreement to modify child support, and the Parties’ adherence to said verbal agreement.”

Barnes and Fisher have a rocky past. In 2015, Barnes and Fisher got into a physical fight after Barnes lost it after learning Fisher was dating Govan. Barnes reportedly punched Fisher in the mouth. Barnes was not charged over the incident.

Fisher and Govan wed in 2021. The same year, Barnes said he was “cool” with Fisher after years of a rift.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Govan dragged Barnes to court last year over alleged unpaid child support. The exes were married in 2013 and separated in 2015. They share joint custody of their twin boys Carter and Isaiah.

The couple finalized their divorce in 2016. Barnes agreed to pay $20k per month in child support. The amount was reduced to $10k after he left the league.

In her filing, Govan claimed Barnes started paying her only $4k per month in 2020, despite being court-ordered to pay the $10k.

The Basketball Wives star said Barnes told her he “didn’t want to pay” the full amount. Govan said she never agreed to a reduction and demanded Barnes pay her $267k in back support.

In response, Barnes denied he owed Govan a dime. He claimed they reached an oral agreement in November 2020 over the child support amount.

Barnes claimed Govan agreed to reduce the monthly amount to $4k because he was paying for 100% of the twins’ private school tuition and extracurricular activities.

Barnes told the court, “I have upheld my end of the bargain. Despite this, Gloria still seeks in a bad faith effort to ‘double dip’ and secure an unjust and unwarranted windfall.”

In addition, Barnes claimed he recently learned Govan had used his American Express to book travel without his knowledge.

Barnes said he estimated “that Gloria’s theft from me is to the tune of thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars.

A hearing has been set for next month.

Missing ’90 Day Fiance’ Star Michael Ilesanmi FOUND, Sheriff’s Dept. Says

90 Day Fiancé star Michael Ilesanmi is no longer missing, the Jeff Davis County Sheriff’s Office in Hazlehurst, Georgia, tells RadarOnline.com in an update after his wife, Angela Deem, revealed she lost contact with him.

This outlet has learned that Ilesanmi paid a visit to the police department on Monday and informed them he was fine.

Deem said he went MIA two months after arriving in the United States from his native Nigeria.

“Michael’s been missing since the 23rd. The police are involved, we can’t find him,” she shared in a TikTok video on Feb. 26.

There was reportedly a $10,000 reward for his return.

“Michael left everything here. I know that there’s people probably think, ‘Oh, maybe he just left.’ But like, nothing, not any ID, nothing to show his name on it, no clothing, not a toothbrush. Zero point zero zero. No wallet, nothing. Clothes on his back is what he left with on Friday,” she told reality blogger John Yates.

“If he left on his own, he should have called me. Everybody in this town, I’m gonna tell you, they say, ‘Angela, he’s f—— walked out because he’s got no reason to stay here.’ I don’t want to believe that.”

RadarOnline.com has reached out to Deem and Yates for comment.

Despite no shortage of trials and tribulations throughout their long-distance romance, Deem and Ilesanmi worked through it and married in 2020 after meeting online in 2018.

The couple documented their unconventional love story on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, and other popular TLC spin-offs.

Sofia Vergara’s Ex-Contractor Accuses Actress of Being Concerned With ‘Bending Public Opinion’ in $1.7 Million Battle

The contractor who sued Sofia Vergara for allegedly refusing to pay up invoices totaling $1.7 million fired back at her recent claims in court.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Conquest Construction Management d/b/a Reside Custom Homes [RCH] scoffed at Vergara’s claims it filed the lawsuit as part of a “scheme” to “publicly embarrass” the Modern Family star.

As we previously reported, earlier this year, RCH sued Vergara for damages. RCH said it was hired in April 2022 to renovate the actress’ $26 million mansion in Beverly Hills.

RCH said Vergara agreed to pay for the costs plus a contractor’s fee. The company said it installed clay plaster in various rooms in the mansion and replaced a flight of stairs.

The contractor said it completed work on the property in March 2023. The company said Vergara failed to pay $1.7 million owed.

In response, Vergara slammed the contractor. She claimed RCH filed the suit to “pressure” her into a settlement.

The actress accused RCH of presenting a false narrative in the complaint.

Vergara’s lawyer Marty Singer said RCH filed suit AFTER Vergara sent a demand letter to RCH. In the letter, Vergara accused RCH of performing below-standard work and overcharging her on projects.

Vergara informed RCH she would be taking the matter to mediation and then arbitration if no deal was reached.

RCH then filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court.

“Not only are [RCH’s] claims subject to arbitration, they are nothing more than frivolous counterclaims that were concocted after Defendants’ counsel sent an October 2023 demand letter regarding [RCH’s] failures to perform its obligations as General Contractor,” Vergara’s lawyer said.“[RCH] filed this action in direct contravention of the obligation to arbitrate in order to publicize a false narrative and seek to embarrass well-known actress, Defendant Sofia Vergara, given her public persona.”

Vergara’s lawyer also accused RCH of bringing the complaint to “embarrass” Vergara and “extort a settlement on monies that are simply not owed.”

“But [RCH] miscalculated because Vergara won’t be bullied,” her lawyer wrote.

Now, RCH fired back at Vergara’s claim. The company said the allegations if filed the lawsuit to “embarrass” Vergara are not true.

“Unlike Defendants, who appear more concerned with bending public opinion, Plaintiff only seeks a just resolution of its claims,” the motion read. RCH said it was required to file a lawsuit to enforce the mechanic’s lien it filed against Vergara’s property over the $1.7 million.

RCH explained, “Because a party must file a claim to foreclose on a mechanic’s lien within 90 days of recording the lien and because Defendants had not paid, and clearly had no intention of paying, Plaintiff any of the lien amount, Plaintiff filed its Complaint.”

The contractor said it did not object to the case being moved out of the public eye and into arbitration.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, On February 14, a process server tracked Rock down to a $1.7 million home in Canyon Country, California.

The server handed Rock a copy of the assault lawsuit filed by a woman named Irby Lashala.

As we first reported, Lashala sued Rock and ZEUS Networks over an incident at the premiere for the network’s show Baddies West.

Lashala accused Rock of assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress — and ZEUS of negligence.

Lashala said she attended the premiere of Rock’s show on January 22, 2023.

In her suit, Lashala said she approached Rock to “say hello and compliment her on her appearance.”

“After discussing a prior working relationship with” Rock, Lashala turned around and began to walk away,” the suit claimed. “Suddenly, and without warning, [Rock] physically assaulted [Irby] and [Lashala] was tackled.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Blueface has been locked up for weeks after being accused of violating probation in one of his many criminal cases.

The rapper is currently scheduled for release on July 2, 2024.

Martinez admitted to having relations with Blueface in 2018 but not recently. She said she fired off a cease and desist to him, but he refused to comply.

Matt Barnes Fighting Ex-Wife ‘Basketball Wives’ Star Gloria Govan Over Alleged $267k in Back Child Support

Ex-NBA star Matt Barnes denied his ex-wife Gloria Govan’s claim he owed $267k in back child support — and asked a court to enforce an alleged verbal agreement he had with the former Basketball Wives star.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Barnes said he doesn’t owe his ex a dime. He claimed they reached a deal in November 2020 to reduce his child support obligations from $10k down to $4k — due to him paying for 100% of their twin sons’ private middle school tuition and extracurricular activities.

Barnes said, “I have upheld my end of the bargain. Despite this, Gloria still seeks in a bad faith effort to ‘double dip’ and secure an unjust and unwarranted windfall.”

In addition, the ex-NBA star said he recently learned that “for years Gloria has been using my AmEx card to book travel for herself.”

He told the court, “Each time she booked travel for herself on my AmEx, it appears she logged into my account and surreptitiously changed the email address to hers, then booked travel and received the confirmation at her email address, only to immediately change the email address on the account back to mine once she received her travel confirmation so that I would be none the wiser.”

Barnes said he estimated “that Gloria’s theft from me is to the tune of thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars.”

The ex-NBA star demanded Gloria be shut down in court.

As we first reported, last year, Govan dragged Barnes back court in their never-ending divorce battle. The exes share twin sons, Carter and Isaiah.

Man Suing Nicki Minaj’s Husband Over Alleged Backstage Assault Submits Medical Records, X-ray of Broken Jaw in Court

The security guard who sued Nicki Minaj over an alleged assault by her husband Kenneth Petty pleaded with the court to finally grant him a default judgment – and used his medical records to help convince the judge.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Thomas Weidenmuller, submitted a series of doctor notes and an X-ray of his broken jaw in the case.

Weidenmuller asked that the court award him $503k in damages after Minaj and Petty failed to respond to his suit despite being served. The court shut down his previous attempts to obtain a default judgment due to technicalities.

In his suit, Weidenmuller said he worked as a security guard at Minaj’s concert on March 22, 2019, in Germany.

During her performance, a fan broke the security barrier and jumped on stage. The fan did not make contact with Minaj but the incident allegedly upset the rapper.

Following the show, while backstage, Weidenmuller said he came upon Minaj yelling at a female security guard about the fan making it on stage.

Weidenmuller claimed Minaj was filming the female guard with her phone while demanding answers.

Weidenmuller said he tried to intervene but that infuriated Minaj. He said she threw a shoe at him but missed.

The guard said Minaj told Petty about the incident. He said he was then asked to come to a private room for Minaj.

Weidenmuller said he arrived at the room to find Minaj, Petty and 2 of Minaj’s personal guards inside.

The suit read, “[Minaj] repeatedly screamed obscenities at him. She shouted, “Who do you think you are?” and demanded to know why he interrupted her when she attempted to video record her confrontation with the female security guard. She once again referred to the female security guard as a “fucking b—-” and falsely insisted that Weidenmüller must have a physical or romantic relationship with her.”

“While Minaj screamed obscenities at me, Petty repositioned himself out of my eyesight and without warning struck me in the fact, which stunned and disoriented me. Because of the surprise nature of the attack, I am not sure as to whether Petty hit me with his fist or with a weapon,” Weidenmuller said.

Vicki Gunvalson and Alexis Bellino Did NOT Give Permission for Cameos to Be Used in Political Ad

At least two of the three Real Housewives of Orange Countys current and former cast members had no idea that their paid Cameos would be used to troll Republican businessman Eric Hovde after he launched his Senate bid in Wisconsin this week. RadarOnline.com spoke to the OG of the OC, Vicki Gunvalson, and comeback queen Alexis Bellino, who confirmed to us they did not give permission for their private video messages to be used in the trolling campaign and were unaware of the intent behind it.

Bellino told RadarOnline.com that she “didn’t” know about the ad, revealing her manager was “contacting them” to handle the kerfuffle. When we asked Gunvalson, she responded, “No. I didn’t give permission.”

This outlet attempted to contact RHOC star Gina Kirschenheiter, who also appeared in the Hovde-takedown ad. We did not hear back from her by the time of publication.

The controversial clip made the rounds on Thursday, appearing on entertainment and political sites like The Hill. The video featuring the three reality stars was posted online by the Wisconsin Democrats, who seemingly paid for the Cameos.

Hovde has been heavily criticized for his California ties, with the businessman owning a bank in the Golden State and allegedly living in a $7 million mansion in Laguna Beach.

“Happy National California Day, @EricHovde!” Wisconsin Democrats wrote on X while sharing the video.

“If you’re feeling a little homesick today, don’t worry—we have a special message from a few of your neighbors in Orange County.

“California misses you already, but they know you’ll be back very soon. Home sweet home!”

“I know that you are from Orange County, so you’re my neighbor,” Kirschenheiter said in the Cameo request. The clip then jumped to Gunvalson mid-sentence. “And you’re leaving for a work adventure for a year,” Vicki added.

“All of your friends in O.C. are wishing you so well. I know you have a new endeavor happening in Wisconsin,” Bellino chimed in.

“That’s like a really big change from Orange County 100%,” Kirschenheiter stated when comparing the states. As an original Midwesterner, Gunvalson had some advice for Hovde, who she was likely unaware was running for in the WI senate race.

“Love Wisconsin but you’re leaving now. It’s going to get really cold there,” she said. Gunvalson then signed off with her signature “Whoop it up.”

‘Euphoria’ Star Angus Cloud Sued Over Alleged Hit-and-Run

Angus Cloud has been sued over an alleged hit-and-run that reportedly occurred just months before the late Euphoria star’s shocking death. Legal documents obtained by RadarOnline.com show that a woman named Elizabeth Macias is suing on behalf of herself and a minor child, claiming their February 2023 accident with the now-deceased star in Marina del Rey, CA, left her with a long list of hospital and medical expenses over their injuries.

Marcias accused Cloud of general negligence, property damage, personal injury, loss of wages, and more. She’s suing the late actor in access of $25k.

She claimed the HBO actor “did negligently and carelessly own, rent, lease, bail, entrust, operate, repair, and maintain a motor vehicle so as to cause the same to strike Plaintiffs’ vehicle, thereby directly and proximately causing the damage complained of herein to Plaintiffs.”

“As a direct result of the subject accident, Plaintiffs suffered personal injuries and have incurred and continue to incur hospital and medical expenses, wage loss, loss of earning capacity, property damages and general damages; said amount to be proven at the time of trial,” the lawsuit read.

As this outlet reported, the HBO star’s cause of death was an accidental overdose.

Cloud’s toxicology revealed a lethal mix of drugs, including cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and benzodiazepine, was found in his system. The Alameda County Coroner revealed Angus suffered acute intoxication from the combination of drugs.

Lisa discovered her son’s body and made the 911 call to report a “possible overdose.”

Bill Cosby’s Rep Says He’s Being ‘Threatened’ by Relatives of Alleged Victims

Bill Cosby‘s representative, Andrew Wyatt, has allegedly been “threatened” by several family members of the comedian’s accusers, telling RadarOnline.com that he’s been accosted by relatives who wish to incite violence or deadly harm to him because he’s Cosby’s spokesperson.

We spoke to Wyatt, who claimed that relatives of Cosby’s alleged victims have screamed at him, accosted him, and made threats against his well-being, citing at least three instances as examples.

According to him, one of the accuser’s husbands allegedly “threatened” him with a knife during Cosby’s 2018 trial. In that instance, Wyatt said the man brandished the weapon and claimed Andrew had called his wife a profanity in an interview — an accusation that he denies. He told RadarOnline.com that eight sheriff’s deputies “detained” the male and escorted Wyatt into the courthouse. No police report was filed.

Wyatt said the same man “made verbal threats” against him several times during Judith Huth’s 2022 trial against Cosby. A more recent incident happened in June 2023, in which Wyatt claimed a relative from a different alleged victim confronted him at an Amtrak station in June 2023.

Besides being accosted, Wyatt said he’s been heckled by angry family members in court.

As Wyatt pointed out, over 60 women have accused Cosby of rape, drug-facilitated sexual assault, sexual battery, or other sexual misconduct.

“Can you imagine how many cousins, uncles, brothers, and fathers are out there?” he asked, pointing out that he is unaware of what they look like, but they know him.

Wyatt said that Cosby warned him “you need to be safe” because he’s heavily tied to the embattled star, telling RadarOnline.com that he “had to buy two guns” for his protection.

“I don’t know anymore,” he stated. “It’s unfortunate I’m in this situation.”

On top of his safety being ripped from him, the public relations professional said he’s “lost clients” because they “don’t want to be associated with Cosby.”

As Wyatt pointed out, as soon as anyone googles his name, his photo and news of Cosby’s legal troubles pop up. “It’s scary out here now because I don’t know who is related to the accusers,” he shared.
