Kanye West apologizes to Kendra G and answers the question Jimmy Fallon and the rest of the world was waiting to hear. “Do you think Donald Trump cares about all people, Black people included” Kendra G asks Kanye.
As in the episode with Jimmy Fallon, Kanye took a minute to answer the question thinking of right words to say. Kanye tells Kendra G, “I think Donald Trump cares about what Black people think of him” Kanye explains that Trump would like to have the coolness and acceptance that he had with the Black community, compared to when he was in hip hop videos.
Kanye with a teary voice explains that he didn’t feel like he had the best apology pertaining to his comments on slavery shown via TMZ.
Kanye says that what was shown via TMZ had gone too far, and that if he had real supporters like Chicago Don C, that this would have never gone as far as it did.
Kanye wasn’t the only one in tears, as Kendra G also broke down explaining to Kanye how his choice of words used to inspire women of color and the entire world. The result! Kendra G accepted Kanye’s apology and they both hugged it out.
