It’s official! Reality star Kim Kardashian has officially moved to dissolve her seven-year marriage with rapper, Kanye West.
According to new reports, the divorce which has been amicable so far will see the celebrities share joint custody for their four children. They are also in talks to reach a favourable agreement on properties and their prenup.
News of a divorce first made headlines in 2020 after Kanye West’s bipolar episodes. The ace rapper had gone on days of social media rants where he called out the Kardashians, the American music industry among other topics.
Following his shocking episodes, reports revealed the couple began living apart and have been for a while now leading to their divorce. The estranged couple tied the knot in 2014 after welcoming their first child North West in 2013.
This will be Kim’s third divorce. She was first married to Damon Thomas. That went awry in 2004 and in 2011 came her infamous 72 days marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries.
