Argentine football icon, Lionel Messi, has reportedly agreed to join Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) on a two-year contract.
Multiple European sports media reports including a report from Sky Sports monitored by African Entertainment indicated that the deal is worth £25 million per year after tax.
‘Barcelona lodge complaint‘
Meanwhile, as earlier reported by African Entertainment, Spanish giant, Barcelona, have lodged a complaint against French club, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
The complaint lodged with the European Commission according to a report African Entertainment monitored in the Daily Mirror, is to block Paris Saint-Germain from signing Lionel Messi.
Already, PSG have reportedly offered Messi a two-year formal contract.
PSG offered the contract after it emerged that Messi was no longer staying at Camp Nou.
It is reported that PSG have offered the Argentine an initial two-year deal, thought to be worth £25m a year after tax.
Messi and his representatives are reportedly reviewing and considering the contract from the Paris club carefully.
