President Nana Akufo-Addo is leading the Ghanaian delegation to the 76th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The General Assembly is taking place in New York, United States of America.
As co-Chair of the Advocacy Group of Eminent Persons for the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Mr Akufo-Addo has participated in a series of SustainableDevelopment Goals (SDGs) events.
He has also held meetings with the Norwegian Prime Minister, Erna Solberg; with Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala; with the President of Austria, Alexander Van der Bellen; with the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Peter Maurer; with the UN Secretary General, António Guterres; with the President of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades; and with the Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg.
