The Jennifer Hudson show is set to air on September 12th. But the EGOT winner took a moment in Chicago to show us she can be a weather girl too. JHud took over the weather on Fox 32.
While presenting the weather she warned Chicagoans to get their winter coats.
“71 and the sun, it’s cloudy. Get your snow suit. It’s about to snow. What’s today’s date. Ugh I don’t know August something. But it’s getting ready to snow cus it’s 71 degrees today. But a little later it’s going to be 75.” She paused and asked, “am I doing ok.”
As the Fox news assured the Dreamgirl, she continued. “A little cooler lakeside” she said in disbelief. “Stay away from the lake. If you go to the lake, put on your snow suit. I love the heat. But this is Julia. Julia this is your weather. Rockford is 66. Plainfield 70. But as long as you wear that snow suit you will be o.k. Hopefully; I can bring you some sunshine over the weekend. Stay tuned because the sun will be out. O.K. I’m tossing it back to the ladies and the gentleman.”
The Jennifer Hudson show host joked with the Fox staff about adding weather girl to her resume. The Jake’s Takes host joked saying Jennifer Hudson now has an EGOTM.
Jennifer Hudson dropped the first look at her upcoming talk show on Thursday, August 11. The EGOT winner, 40, got candid in the teaser for The Jennifer Hudson Show, which will debut on September 12. “This is the first day of my show,” Jennifer said into the camera with her mega-watt smile. “I’m still getting used to saying that.”
During her interview of Fox, Hudson also spoke about her son, David Daniel Otunga Jr, who recently turned 13. She stated that he never really knew how famous she was before. But now that he knows he calls her Jennifer Hudson sometimes.
