Tracee Ellis Ross Leaves Fans Stunned After She Shares How She Enhances Her Curvy Figure

Tracee Ellis Ross informed her followers how she keeps her curvy physique toned and bikini ready for any time of the year on Wednesday, Aug. 18, after uploading a workout video.

In the initial clip captioned, “SLOW & STEADY,” Instagram viewers see the actress doing slow-motion squat exercises with a kettle ball as her unidentified trainer instructed her throughout the course of the recording. The trainer said, as Childish Gambino’s single “This Is America” blared in the background, “Slower, push it back. Take it out. Good Tempo. Absolutely perfect”

As many fans viewed the video, a handful of them complimented Ross’ form as the 48-year-old demolished the exercise while a couple of people brought up her buns of steel.

    “Auntie is a problem”

    Bunz of steel looking out!”

“Look at the form 👏👏👏 #slowandsteadywinstherace.”

“BAKE THOSE CAKES TRACEE !!!!! Yes bbbb 🍑🍰.”

“Get it, girll!! That form though🔥🔥🔥”

In addition to the praise, a few others took it upon themselves to tell Ross how much she inspired them just by sharing that particular video. One wrote, “Whewww🔥🔥 just signed up for my deadlift class tomorrow. You’re an inspo!” An Instagram user wrote, “Thank you for the Tip auntie @traceeellisross 🔥.”

In the past the “black-ish” star revealed how she maintains her figure even in her 40s during an interview with Health Magazine. She disclosed to the publication that the key to keeping a healthy lifestyle is by simply focusing on one’s body functions rather than its looks.

Ross said while sharing her workout schedule: “It’s three days a week on a regular basis, sometimes four. Sometimes I take a little break, but the truth is, I feel the best when I work out. I feel very strong. I didn’t wake up like this. At 22, I woke up like that. At 44, I work really hard for this! I am on TV, and I don’t want to lie to anybody. I’m not at my skinniest, I’m not at my fattest, but I live my life. This is my body. Health and the functionality of my body are more important than what it looks like.
