Sickening video shows brazen driver filming himself slamming on his brakes deliberately so innocent cyclist smashes through his car’s back window

This is the sickening moment that a driver of a car films himself slamming on his brakes, throwing an innocent cyclist behind him into the back of the vehicle.
The driver starts the video and tilts the phone at an angle so the camera is focused on a cyclist behind him.
In the 19 second clip that was posted to social media, the driver films the cyclist before slamming on his brakes.
The driver first spots the cyclist riding on the pavement before the cyclist is seen looking over his left shoulder in order to check for oncoming traffic.

The driver can be seen smiling (left) after the cyclists smashed into the back of the car
The driver smiles and then changes the angle of the camera before switching it back to its original position and putting his foot firmly on the brake.
The cyclist is seen to bounce off the car, leaving a hole in the bottom of the rear window. He looks up and touches his lip.
Smirking, the driver then shouts out of the window and asked the cyclists if he’s alright.

The cyclists looks up and has to brush glass out of his hair and off his jacket.
The driver can be seen smirking throughout the video even though the cyclists looks visibly injured.
It is not currently known when or where the footage was filmed. However the driver can be seen throughout the clip and is wearing a t-shirt with a blue coat.
This is while the cyclist is wearing all black.
People on social media were quick to comment on the video with many saying that is was clear that the driver had intentionally slammed on his brakes.
This is while others criticised the cyclist and said he had not given enough distance between himself and the car and that he should have noticed the car breaking in front of him.
