The NBA is starting a new in-season tournament for 2023-2024. It involves all 30 teams divided into six groups within two conferences, while each game is a single elimination format until one team wins the new NBA Cup trophy.
In-season tournament games start this Friday, and games will happen every Tuesday and Friday throughout November. When there are only four teams left, the semifinals and championship games will be moved to T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Dec. 7 and 9, respectively.
The opening games tip off with a doubleheader on ESPN: Julius Randle and the New York Knicks at Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard’s Milwaukee Bucks at Fiserv Forum starting 4:30 p.m. PT/7:30 p.m. ET, followed by Luka Dončić and the Dallas Mavericks at Nikola Jokić and the NBA Champion Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena starting at 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET. How to Watch the 2023 NBA In-Season Tournament Without Cable
Although all of the NBA In-Season Tournament games are broadcast on ESPN, TNT, Bally Sports, NBA TV and NBA League Pass, you can sign up for a trial from a live TV streaming service if you want to watch without cable for free. You can watch some of the games during the NBA In-Season Tournament on ESPN and TNT with Hulu + Live TV. Unfortunately, Bally Sports, NBA TV and NBA League Pass aren’t available with the service.

NBA In-Season Tournament ESPN, TNT and NBA League Pass (with NBA TV)
Sling is one of the cheapest options for new live TV streaming subscribers who want to watch the In-Season Tournament on ESPN, TNT and NBA League Pass (which comes with NBA TV). The Sling Orange plan is only $20 per month and includes both cable networks. However, the cable alternative doesn’t include Bally Sports.

While Prime members can add the streaming service Max for B/R Sports’ NBA on TNT to Prime Video for $15.99 per month, subscribers can also add NBA League Pass, which comes with NBA TV, to their service for an additional cost of $14.99 per month. However, Prime Video doesn’t have ESPN or Bally Sports as add-ons.
