    Yo Gotti Concert in Memphis Stopped Due To Gun Threat

    The Yo Gotti (Yogotti) concert in Memphis was stopped after a white man allegedly claimed he would pull out gun due to a breakup.

    According to reports, Memphis Police Department arrested a man early Saturday morning. Due to a threat to kill everyone coming from the FedExForum, where the Yo Gotti Birthday Bash was ending.

    Officers responded to an armed suspect call in the 200 block of South Main Street. In that moment they met the suspect Elijah Hyman, 28, and his girlfriend.

    They charged the 28-year-old with commission of an act of terrorism, was taken for medical treatment and evaluation.

    During a search at Hyman’s apartment officials confiscated several weapons. The ATF, or Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, was contacted.

    Additionally, police stated Elijah Hyman was bleeding from his right hand as a result of being cut from a glass window inside of his apartment.

    Police said Hyman had several weapons inside his apartment. Hyman was detained, placed in cuffs, and taken for medical treatment and evaluation.

    Hyman was charged with Commission of the Act of Terrorism.

    Nevertheless, Yo Gotti, 41, whose real name is Mario Sentell Giden Mims, continued his concert tour with an appearance in Atlanta on Saturday evening.

    The ATL birthday bash kicked off kick off Saturday evening at Georgia State University Center Parc Stadium featuring several hip-hop stars, including Atlanta native 2 Chainz.

    Additional performers included, Yo Gotti, Moneybagg Yo, EST Gee, Big Boogie, Nardo Wick. As well as, Beat King, Kali, Beat King, Kali, Hunxho, Money and the Shop Boyz. Surprise guests expected to attend as well, according to officials.

    Fellow rapper Gunna and Kodak Black were recently arrested and were removed from the lineup. Gunna was arrested for his alleged involvement with YSL, which prosecutors say is a violent street gang called “Young Slime Life.”

    According to reports no one was hurt during the Yo Gotti (Yogotti) show in Memphis.
