The Commissioner for Information of Nigeria’s Niger State, Alhaji Mohammed Sani Idris, is confirmed to have been kidnapped.
Officials in Niger State confirmed his kidnapping this afternoon, local media reports monitored by African Entertainment revealed.
Authorities are said to have confirmed his kidnapping in a statement by Mary Noel-Berje, the chief press secretary to Governor Abubakar Sani Bello.
Accordingly, the statement indicated that Mohammed Sani was taken from his home at 1:00 am on Monday.
