Amidst all the court drama in celeb news Kylie Jenner is still moving in business by extending the trademark for Kylash.
The celebrity initial filed the trademark in December of 2018. The first filing was under Kylie Cosmetics. It was set for artificial lashes.
Jenner’s other eye product lines include Kyliner and Kybrow. However, this is the first time she’s released mascara or false eyelashes.
At that time Jenner even hinted details of the launch on Twitter.
“Project” she posted.
“I have something really exciting i get to share soon with you guys! I’ve been cooking this up for a while i can’t wait to share my new project alreadyyy,” she Tweeted on January 21st.
As of April 18,2022, a new filing was created by her attorney, Jennifer KoCraft.
This extends the production of Kylash for Mascara, lash tint, serums, makeup remover, and cosmetics.
Jenner is on the move dominating the beauty industry.
Kylie Jenner still remains part of the defamation lawsuit filed by Blac Chyna.
The judge recently dismissed sister, Kim Kardashian from the lawsuit.
Judge Gregory Alarcon ruled that Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani did not provide any statement during the trial from Kardashian that was defamatory toward Chyna.
The case against Kardashian for interference with a contract remains alive. The jury, in its first full day of deliberations, is deciding on that and both defamation and contract-interference cases against Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
Nevertheless, seems like court is not the only thing Kylie and Blac Chyna will go against each other in.
Blac Chyna also holds stake in the lash industry.
Angela White is the CEO of Lashed Cosmetics. She trademarked her business in 2017. Chyna’s trademark also covers ski care, lipstick, toners, makeup remover, and fragrances.
