Fredo Santana a Chicago rapper, who is also cousin of rapper Chief Keef passed from a fatal seizure. According to reports his girlfriend visited him around 11:30 p.m. and found him dead on the floor.
Fredo Santana had been battling kidney and liver problems recently. He had been hospitalized. The rapper had been open about being addicted to lean, which has been known to cause seizures.
