Red Power Range Jason Austin.st John Arrested Due to PPP Fraud Allegations
Red Power Ranger Jason, actor Austin St. John reportedly arrested due to PPP fraud allegations. Jason pleaded not guilty to the charges. Reporting’s, state 18 other Texans arrested on the same charges as well.
Additionally, the Red Power Ranger, Austin.St John released a statement on social media.
Pix 11 reported, the indictment led by Michael Hill and Andrew Moran planned to use existing businesses or create businesses to obtain PPP funding.
Moran also allegedly assisted them in fabricating documentation and applications. Misrepresentation of information such as the nature of the business, the amount needed for payroll, or the number of employees does not add up on the documents.
Instead of using the money provided as stated, Investigators say recipients paid Hill and Moran. The recipients then transferred funds to their own personal accounts and made various personal purchases.
Additionally, some defendants allegedly sent money to Jonathon Spencer to invest in foreign exchange markets.
Altogether, the total amount of fraudulently obtained funds through at least 16 loans amounted to at least $3.5 million.
The indictment includes, Michael Lewayne Hill, also known as Tank, but not the singer Tank. Also, Peter Keovongphet, aka Lil’ Pete, but not the rapper Lil Pete.

Investigations remain in place for the allegations by the FBI and IRS.
