Chloe Bailey’s Treat Me Challenge treated her Choreographer with a nice seat at the table.
Chloe Bailey’s “Treat Me” challenge took her choreographer to the BET awards. Fullout Cortland, whose real name is Cortland Brown has worked with several big-name artist.
Some include Doja Cat, Sza, Ari Lennox and more. Not to mention Cortland also curate choreography on some of the biggest songs. Including the choreography for Doja Cats’ “Say So”.
But on June 27th Brown shared details about his first ever appearance at the BET Awards.
My first #BetAwards & my first time being able to choreograph a performance for my INCREDIBLY TALENTED FRIEND @chloebailey This job reminded me of my days in 2012 being obsessed with watching her and Halle on YouTube.
Chloë first teased “Treat Me” in a YouTube video posted on March 2. “Treat me like I treat me, love me like I love me, completely and deeply,” she sang while wearing a crystal-embellished bodysuit. Two days after teasing “Treat Me” on TikTok, Chloë shared photos of herself in the recording studio. “finishing touches . . . 🎶,” she captioned the Instagram post, hinting that the finished project will be ready to hit streaming platforms soon.
But then she performed the choreography during the BET Awards. Although many used Chloe Bailey’s “Treat Me” viral sound via Tik Tok and Instagram for other content purposes, Bailey recently showed everyone the real challenge.
She took to Instagram on Friday dressed in a black romper, with her hair in braids.
She captioned, the video of her doing the choreography with, “I Did It yal”.
As well as tagging Fullout Cortland in the post. Cortland also pinned his very first moment at the BET awards on his gram page. Fans commented on the 22-year old’s post.
One person left emoji’s saying, Girl u been did it @ The awards.
Another person said, Yes this my favorite part of the choreo.
Needless to say, Bailey along with others are feeling Cortland work.
