A famous Rwandan rapper, Jay Polly, has reportedly died.
African Entertainment understands Polly passed away at age 33 in a hospital in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.
He was said to be in jail awaiting trial on drug charges.
African Entertainment gathered that he was rushed to hospital early on Thursday after falling sick.
Polly’s brother, Maurice Uwera, is reported to have told the media that the Rwanda Correctional Service, which is in charge of prisons, informed him about the death.
Uwera reportedly said no further details were given about his brother’s death.
