Italian club, AS Roma, have agreed to sign Chelsea and England striker, Tammy Abraham, for £34 million.
This is according to a report monitored on Skype Sports.
The report indicated that Chelsea are unwilling to sell Abraham to another English team and are comfortable selling him to a foreign team.
Abraham, aged 23-year-old, has been out of favour at Chelsea since the arrival of German coach, Thomas Tuchel, who replaced Frank Lampard.
Roma are being managed by former Chelsea coach, Jose Mourinho.
