Porsha Williams’ Ex Simon Guobadia Denies ‘Removing’ Her From Marital Mansion

Porsha Williams‘ estranged husband is fighting her request for exclusive access to their marital mansion after she accused him of changing the locks when she filed for divorce. In documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Simon Guobadia denied “removing” his ex from the home, arguing that he purchased it using his own money before their marriage while adding The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has a separate $1.8 million nearby that she can live in.

Simon said he’s been “the sole payor of the purchase and expenses” on the mansion since buying it on November 8, 2021, over a year before they said, “I do.” While he admitted that she moved into the property before they wed, Simon charged this “is the only home he has in the United States.”

Simon informed the court that he’s remained in the marital house with his children during the divorce, adding that Porsha has “since moved back into the Marital Residence” since filing for an emergency hearing.

In the documents filed on Wednesday in Fulton County court, he argued that Porsha “has the option to live comfortably in her $1.8M dollar home located in Gwinnett County, Georgia where she has been the sole owner since 2016.” Despite Porsha’s claim, Simon further argued that she and her daughter “were never displaced.”

Simon claimed Porsha “unexpectedly abandoned” their home after she filed for divorce, accusing her of doing so “without any prior discussions with Husband and without any regard or care for the house or Husband’s children.” He charged that “as a result of Wife’s abandonment, arrangements had to be made for the care of Husband’s children as Husband had traveled for work.”

The businessman also argued that the judge has yet to rule that their prenup is valid — thus, he should be able to stay in the home he purchased.

Nicki Minaj’s Husband Kenneth Petty Poses For New Sex Offender Registry Photo

Nicki Minajs husband Kenneth Pettys profile on the California Sex Offender’s registry was updated to include a new snap, RadarOnline.com has learned.

California Megan’s Law website — which provides a list of all convicted sex offenders with a current photo, home address, and a summary of their crimes — added a new photo to Petty’s profile.

Petty appeared tense while wearing a denim button-up with a white t-shirt. Minaj’s husband was listed as 5’9 and 170 lbs.

His offenses were listed as “attempted rape by force or fear.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Petty was required to register as a sex offender due to a conviction in the 90’s.

Petty was accused of first-degree rape of a woman named Jennifer Hough. However, he reached a plea deal which reduced the charge to attempted rape.

He served 4 years in prison.

Hough sued Petty and Minaj accusing them of harassing her to change her story and recant the allegations against Petty.

In court, Hough said she was offered $500k at one point to claim she lied about the incident. She said she declined the offer which led to an “onslaught of harassing calls and unsolicited visits” from third parties associated to the defendants.

All claims were dismissed against Minaj but the case continues against Petty.

Minaj’s lawyer previously accused Hough’s lawsuit of being nothing more than a shakedown attempt.

Her lawyer said, “In my view, your conduct in pursuing this case against Nicki represents the worst of our legal system: bottom-feeding lawyers who pursue frivolous actions against a celebrity assuming that they will be paid off if they throw enough dirt.”

He added, “You forced my client to spend over $300,000 in fees to defend a case which even my labradoodle, Gracie, could see was frivolous on both the facts and the law.”

Kevin Hart Accuses Ex-Assistant of Eavesdropping By Listening Through Walls: Lawsuit

Kevin Hart claimed that his former assistant not only made “false and defamatory” statements about him during her explosive sit-down with blogger Tasha K, but also allegedly eavesdropped during some of his private “interactions.”

The comedian remains embroiled in legal drama with Tasha K, her company Yellen Entertainment, and his ex-staffer Miesha Shakes for alleged civil extortion, RadarOnline.com can confirm.

Shakes worked for Hart from August 2017 to October 2020 and allegedly spread malicious lies about the box-office sensation during the interview.

Hart stated that a show associate reached out to his team before the interview went live, claiming they asked for $250k in exchange for the video not going up.

Hart noted in a new filing obtained by RadarOnline.com that after he refused to pay, the video was published on Dec. 22. He claimed that Shakes made inaccurate claims throughout, including that he supposedly “made a secret video recording of a romantic encounter I had in Las Vegas 2017 and that I faced criminal charges regarding that surreptitious recording.”

“I did not record any such video, and I have never been criminally charged with doing so,” the Jumanji star declared.

Hart then accused Shakes of divulging “private information” that was not publicly available or known. “For example, she spoke about my interactions with my wife during the time period after revelations regarding the Las Vegas incident had come to light,” the court filing stated.

According to the docs, he vented, “I understand from speaking with my security personnel, and Shakes admitted during the interview, that Shakes obtained some of the information she discussed in the interview by covertly listening through the walls, with her ear to the wall, to private interactions occurring behind closed doors at our offices.”

“You know, I feel like I just finished. I just wrapped up shooting the show, and I spent time away from him and everyone else. I was there for like two weeks, and it just kind of gave me clarity when I was alone,” Pippen said. “And I think when you’re alone, you kind of really miss the person or you realize maybe you aren’t my guy, and that made me realize, I don’t think he’s my guy.”

“I just think we are on a different journey and I feel like I have to be true to who I am, what I’m doing, and what he’s doing. I want him to be happy, he’s a great guy, but I just don’t feel like it’s for me,” she added.

Tom Sandoval’s Mystery Female Pal Served Rachel Leviss’ Lawsuit Outside ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star’s $2 Million Home

A woman staying at Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandovals house was served Rachel Leviss’ revenge porn lawsuit after being approached by a process server.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the server showed up at Sandoval and his ex Ariana Madix’s $2.1 million home in Valley Village, California on March 12.

The server said he handed the legal paperwork to the 40-year-old white female — who was 5’5, had brown eyes, and weighed 140 lbs. — at 5:57 PM.

The woman was listed as “Jane Doe” but the server noted the person was a “competent member of the household.”

Sandoval will now have weeks to respond to Leviss’ lawsuit. As we previously reported, Leviss demanded unspecified damages from her ex-lover and his ex-girlfriend Madix in her lawsuit.

In the shocking lawsuit, Leviss claimed during her affair with Sandoval — while he was with Madix — he recorded FaceTime calls they had that were sexual.

She said Sandoval did not tell her he was recording the calls. Leviss claimed Madix found the videos and sent them to her Vanderpump Rules co-stars. Leviss claimed Madix confronted her in March 2023 — BEFORE the entire scandal broke in the public. In addition, she accused the production company of fostering a hostile work environment for her after the affair was revealed.

Leviss’ powerhouse lawyer Mark Geragos said, “This lawsuit is squarely about illegal behavior and those who traffic in it and enable it. Rachel has apologized for her part in an affair. That’s not a crime. Tom and Ariana are alleged here to have engaged in criminal acts. They then doubled down and used those actions to shame, bully, belittle, and intentionally try to destroy Rachel’s mental health.”

Geragos added, “The law makes it clear that recording someone without their consent and distributing that illegal recording is punishable by law; however, doing so while knowingly enticing them to engage in sexual acts deserves the harshest of penalties allowable under the law.”

‘RHOA’ Star Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Facing Land Rover Being Seized by Bank Over Alleged Missed Payments

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak’s daughter Brielle is at risk of her luxury automobile being seized from her — after she has failed to respond to a lawsuit over alleged missed payments.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Ally Bank asked a Georgia judge to sign off on a Turnover Order allowing the local Sheriff to take possession of Brielle’s 2019 Land Rover.

As we first reported, in December 2023, Kim and her 26-year-old daughter were sued by Ally for defaulting on their retail installment sale agreement.

“Defendants have defaulted on their obligations under the Contract,” the suit said. “As of May 31, 2023, Defendants are indebted to Ally in the sum of $83,969.35. on the Contract.”

The suit claimed Brielle and Kim agreed to pay $1,903 per month for the car. The bank said because of the default it was entitled to seize the car.

In mid-January, Ally informed the court it had served Kim and Brielle with the legal paperwork. Despite the service, the reality stars have yet to file a response.

Brielle previously faced a lawsuit over an unpaid credit card bill.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kim and Kroy are in the middle of a nasty divorce war — after several failed reconciliation attempts. Before the split, the couple was hit with a massive $1.1 million federal tax lien.

In the past couple of months, the duo have been hit with several lawsuits over unpaid loans, had the police respond to their home several times to handle arguments between the two, and are facing their Georgia mansion being sold off at foreclosure.

Kroy was hit with a separate lawsuit over an alleged debt to a casino in the Bahamas and was ordered to turn over the keys to his 2020 Rolls Royce due to missed payments.

Kim was accused of refusing to pay up on her Target credit card and was named in lawsuits over unpaid credit card debt.

George Foreman Fighting His Sexual Assault Accusers From Joining Forces in Court

Two women who claim they were sexually assaulted as minors by boxing great George Foreman want to consolidate their cases into one scandalous civil trial, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the alleged victims Denise S. and Gwen H. filed similar claims against the 75-year-old legend and their legal teams argued the trial witnesses would practically be identical.

“Here, Plaintiffs Denise S. and Gwen H. allege that they were sexually abused as minors by Mr. Foreman, while he claims that both women are lying and defamed him by making their allegations public during a press conference in November 2022,” renowned attorney Timothy A. Scott wrote in a March 4th motion to consolidate the cases.

“Given the substantial overlap in evidence and legal issues in these cases, the potential for inconsistent rulings and verdicts, and the absence of prejudice to any party, the Court should grant the instant motion and order these matters consolidated for all further pretrial proceedings and trial.”

But RadarOnline.com has learned the two-time Heavyweight Champ wants to keep both cases separate – even though Denise’s trial is set for September and Gwen’s trial is scheduled for October.

Shortly after meeting with the boxer’s legal team on October 13, Scott charged the “defense counsel responded in writing that Mr. Foreman did not believe consolidation was warranted and indicated that he would oppose any such motion.”

The women, now in their 60s, claimed they were both molested by Foreman in the 1970s at the height of his boxing career — buoyed by the now legendary bouts with the late Muhammad Ali.

In a stunning 2022 press conference Gwen claimed she was groomed and allegedly molested for two years starting at 14. Denise charged she was attacked at the age of 15.

The George Foreman Grill pitchman vehemently denied the claims, accused the women of extortion, and filed a counterclaim against them – giving Scott another reason to consolidate the cases.

Derek Chauvin’s Accused Stabber Demands Prison Privileges To Prep For Attempted Murder Trial

The former Mexican gangster accused of shanking Derek Chauvin 22 times in a brazen prison attack pleaded for special inmate privileges to help him mount a defense in his attempted murder trial, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

According to recently filed court documents, John Turscak asked for unlimited paper, a writing instrument, the ability to stack reams of legal documents in his prison cell and access to the prison computer for up to six hours a day.

The request was made by his court-appointed lawyer Laura Udall who argued Turscak is legally entitled to personally review the evidence while he awaits trial in CoreCivic’s Central Arizona Florence Correctional Complex (CAFCC.)

“This is necessary in order for Mr. Turscak to review the discovery in this case,” Udall stated in court documents. “The discovery in this case, as of today, is well over 950,000 kilobytes; this translates, conservatively, into thousands of documents.

“The Government is producing disclosure on an ongoing basis. Mr. Turscak has repeatedly expressed a desire to review all of it so that he can more effectively assist in his defense. Counsel concurs that this is vital to the Defense.”

Turscak has pled not guilty to the brazen attack on Chauvin who was in the law library at a Tucson, Arizona, penitentiary. Turscak was serving 30 years in Tucson for committing various crimes while working as a federal informant.

Turscak at first admitted he shish kabobbed the former Minneapolis police officer serving 22.5 years for the 2020 death of George Floyd in a symbolic gesture for the Black Lives Matter movement.

Turscak later retracted the boast during an interview with federal investigators.

Turscak now apparently wants to mount a vigorous defense despite the overwhelming evidence that includes video surveillance and statements from corrections officer that had to pry him off the bloodied Chauvin.

Aside from the pencil and paper, Turscak demanded access to the prison computer – which federal prosecutors don’t mind giving him, documents showed.

“A laptop is available for Mr. Turscak’s use at the CAFCC, provided the Court orders that Mr. Turscak be allowed adequate access to it. CAFCC policy limits access to 4-6 hours daily; the attached order specifies up to 6 hours daily, at Mr. Turscak’s option,” Udall stated in court documents.

“Counsel for the Government advises that the Government does not oppose this motion.” The judge has yet to rule.

Nigel Lythgoe Begs Paula Abdul to ‘Jump in The Pool Naked With Me’ in Alleged Texts

Paula Abdul is going on the defense after Nigel Lythgoe exposed their text messages. In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Adul accused the 77-year-old television executive of launching a smear campaign against her, and she included a history of their private conversations that she claimed proved the sexual harassment she allegedly suffered from him.

As this outlet reported, Abdul sued Lythgoe in December, accusing him of sexually assaulting her several times during her time as a judge on American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance. RadarOnline.com told you first — the Straight Up singer, 61, claimed Lythgoe “cherry-picked” the messages he released, revealing she had a treasure trove of explicit alleged texts from the mogul that showed his reported harassment — and now, we have the screenshots of the illicit conversations.

One shocking conversation between the pair took place on September 14, 2015. At 10:39 PM, Lythgoe sent Abdul a text message reading, “F— it! I’m missing you madly already x. Wanna come round and take off that beautiful dress, jump in the pool naked with me? Let’s cling to each other like we’re the last 2 people on Earth and gently make love before my drugs wear off? HaHa!”

She responded, “Good nite!” but Lythgoe didn’t stop there.

“I’m in the pool?????” he wrote back, to which Abdul later replied, “Omg! My phone died, and I just got your message! You are killing me! Hahahahahahahaha.”

Lythgoe allegedly continued to shoot his shot, writing, “Get over here quickly before everything shrinks.” Abdul responded, “I love you!”

Another alleged conversation between the two took place nearly a year earlier on April 11, 2014.

“I am hoping to rush to your honors on Saturday night? It depends what time we finish? Did you see the tie figures for Vegas? What do you think? Pretty good if we don’t have to do much?” Lythgoe text.

“Oh! I hope you can go!!! Pleeeeeezz Re: Vegas – I agree, but we really need to talk. I want to fill you in on a few things I found out. Very interesting!” Abdul said, causing Lythgoe to reply, “I’ll come if you promise me a big we kiss! With tongues! Is a small grope of the a– asking too much?”

Abdul appeared to try and brush him off again, writing, “You are something else, Nigel! One of a kind!!!!”

Adul slammed Lythgoe’s response to her lawsuit, in which he claimed their flirty conversations after the alleged incidents showed that he didn’t sexually assault her. She claimed his move was “nothing more than bad faith posturing for the tabloids.” Abdul also accused Lythgoe of feeding his side of the story to the media.

“Not only did Lythgoe’s Answer hit the press nearly as soon as it was filed, but it is rife with argumentative and vitriolic character attacks on Ms. Abdul and superfluous background that are irrelevant to the sexual assault, battery, and harassment claims pled by Ms. Abdul or the defenses asserted by Lythgoe,” the documents filed on March 14 read.

Porsha Williams’ Ex Simon Demands ‘RHOA’ Star Turn Over Texts With Producers About Storylines, Divorce

Porsha Williams‘ estranged husband Simon Guobadia demanded she turn over a copy of her passport and every page in the book — along with all texts she exchanged with RHOA producers about their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Simon gave Porsha until April 4 to produce a series of documents as part of their bitter split.

Simon instructed his ex to turn over a copy of her passport book, copies of all payments to any hotels or motels from January 2024 to present, proof she hired an armed bodyguard (who he said came to their home recently), and all video and audio recordings taken at the martial home from February 2024 to present.

He demanded Porsha turn over all contracts and agreements with RHOA producers True Entertainment from 2022 to the present. In addition, he asked for all texts and emails between RHOA producers and Porsha regarding her “return and participation as a cast member to” RHOA, from 2022 through the present.

Simon said Porsha should give him all texts she shared with producers about him, their divorce, their prenup, and storylines and/or topics for Porsha regarding RHOA.

The list also asked for all communications they exchanged in Porsha’s possession and any recordings she has of him.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Porsha filed for divorce from Simon on February 22 after 15 months of marriage. In court documents, she explained after learning about Simon’s alleged criminal past — she no longer wanted to be married to a “stranger.”

Her lawyer wrote, “Wife shows that the news reports of Husband’s alleged immigration fraud, and what appeared to be an imminent threat of deportation, were shocking and affected Wife’s mental and emotional wellbeing. None of this information was ever disclosed by Husband to Wife, despite Wife having previously inquired about Husband’s immigration status and criminal history.”

“Since learning of Husband’s checkered immigration history and status, Wife began to question everything that she initially believed to be true as it relates to her Husband’s character, immigration, business dealings, etc, and began to uncover additional information that Husband failed to disclose to Wife. Petitioner did not wish to remain married to a stranger, and filed for divorce,” her lawyer added.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Porsha recently accused Simon of fleeing to Dubai after she filed for divorce. She said he changed the locks on her — from overseas — and demanded exclusive access to the pad. She said the prenup they signed stated Simon had to vacate the home within 30 days of a divorce being filed.

In response, Simon pleaded for a restraining order against Porsha and wanted her out of the pad.

The judge has yet to rule.
